Argus Coaching
Tip for December 2001
As 2001 comes to a close, it's a good time to review the year and start
planning for 2002.
Set aside some time to reflect on your year. Schedule it on your
calendar, if necessary, so you really do it!
- What are you proudest of?
- In what ways have your accomplishments/actions/decisions impacted
your view of yourself, others, your community, the world?
- How do you know that you are traveling on the path that is true to
you?
- Be sure to celebrate the successes you achieved this year.
And, plan for next year:
- Choose a theme for yourself for 2002. Make this something short and
sweet that has meaning to you. My theme for 2001 was collaboration.
Other examples: enter laughing, just do it, live fully, ask, listen,
step up to the plate, community involvement. You get the idea.
- Select some goals. If there were no obstacles to your achievement,
what would you accomplish in 2002?
- Record your theme and goals for yourself and/or share them with
someone who will hold them for you as you move through the year.
As you go through this simple process, you'll continue to identify the
gems in your life, see where you want to go next, and clarify what's
important to you.
I wish you a joyful holiday season and a happy new year.
With an eye on you,
Peggy
