Argus Coaching Tip for June 2003 Friends and clients - Many people create "to do" lists to help them stay focused on their tasks or goals. These lists are a useful tool for some, a nuisance for others. This month, I suggest you create a "to be" list, instead of a "to do" list. What we do in our daily lives, for ourselves, and for others is important, of course. But who we are while we're doing those things, I think, is even more important. When was the last time you took the time to think about you are and how you want to be? Before you go to sleep tonight, or when you wake up tomorrow morning, try it out. You may find that the things you do have more meaning and feel better if you're being who you want to be. For more to think about, visit www.arguscoaching.com and click on Eye on You. Have a great month! With an eye on you, |
